The aim of the work is to increase of precision of determination of medius temperature of human body and to establish level of given temperature in different thermal conditions. Values and dynamics of mixing coefficients for temperature of 'core' and 'cover' were determined in experiment with 40 men - volunteers at the age of 19-35. They were either in the rest or completed graduated physical exercise at veloergometre. The following parameters had been registered: rectal temperature' medius skin temperature (according to 11 points), frequency of cardiac contraction, total moisture loss, energy consumption. The investigations permitted to develop the precise method for 13 calculation of the medius temperature of human body.
