摘要
Variations in the angular and energy distributions of secondary ions during ion bombardment of the left bracket 111 right bracket face of silicon and germanium single crystals by Na** plus ions with energies E//0 less than 5 keV are investigated. The results of studies indicate the possibility of using the orientation dependence of phenomena, occurring during the interaction of ions with crystals, to determine the annealing temperature and radiation damage in crystals.
