摘要
This paper reviews recent developments in techniques employed in extrusion lines for fast cooling of extruded products. Details are given on auxiliary equipment for cooling tubular films, flat films, plastics checks designed for thermoforming, construction profiles, and plastics pipes. Effect of cooling techniques on the properties of semifabricated products is demonstrated. Calculations of cooling process in plastics extrusion plant are illustrated by examples.
