摘要
Acoustic and thermal properties of a thin liquid layer between the shear wave acoustic transducer and the heat sink end are under investigation. The liquid layer is shown to provide acoustic insulation in a wide acoustic wave frequency range under satisfied cooling of the piezoelectric transducer. On the base of the method acoustooptical cell of TeO2 crystal were developed to be operated in an uninterrupted mode with 45 W-cm2 sound intensity in a sound conductor. Calculation results were tested experimentally. Experimental data such as dependences of temperature drop in liquid layer and thermal power on layer thickness; dependences of acoustic energy loss on layer thickness and on frequency are presented.
