Present situation of progress in science and technology in China and suggestions on it

摘要：
The progress in science and technology is the first promotional force and also the key factor for economic development. In this article the present situation of the progress in science and technology in China is reviewed, and the causes for existing problems are analyzed. Suggestions on speeding up the progress in science and technology in China are also proposed.
