Fiber sheet plants and nine corrugator plants received safety awards from the Fibre Box Association and the Association of Independent Corrugated Converters. The 1999 Corrugated Industry Safety awards are presented to sheet plants with the lowest incidence rate according to the number of hours worked for the preceding calendar year. Some of the plants that have won the safety award are presented.
