Synthesis and Properties of Alloys Based on Chromium Disilicide and Hexaborides of Rare-Earth Elements.

摘要：
The results of measurements of the thermoelectric properties of alloys based on chromium disilicide and on barium haxaboride in the temperature range from 300 to 1000 degree K are presented. An analysis is made of the mechanism of variation of the properties in the investigated alloys as a function of their composition. It is shown that variations of the electric conductivity and the thermo-emf coefficient of the investigated alloys with composition are related to variations of the charge carrier concentration and mobility.
