摘要：

The goal of this paper is to show how the obligations resulting from the application of the Departmental Order of August 10, 1984 related to the quality of the design building and operation of nuclear power plants convey inferences of a regular type. The policy for quality assurance of the E.D.F. Engineering and Construction Division which has in charge nuclear power plants construction is briefly presented: acquisition of quality assurance, field of application, implementation, assurance of studies quality.
