摘要
This is the second in a two-part installment on how to improve production economics with plant engineering decisions. The author emphasizes that failures cannot be eliminated but maintenance costs can be minimized. He explains this through a discussion of engineering costs; labor overhead; relating costs to benefits; and system implementation.
