摘要
A small optical digital link is developed by using circuit modules composed of hybrid ICs. The bit rate and transmission distance of the link are more than 3Mb/sec and 4km with the GI type optical fiber. The circuit modules have an automatic threshold control circuit and power-on reset circuit, and realize highly reliable transmission. The link has many features, such as small size, light weight, long life and low cost, and is expected to be used for home, office and factory automation equipment.
