The paper reports on a study of the effect of heating rate, disperseness, and thermal prehistory of a glass of the composition SiO//2-79. 12, Na//2O-19. 71 mass % on the results of the differential thermal analysis (DTA). Recommendations for optimum conditions for the DTA of glasses and a comparative quantitative calculation of the thermograms have been obtained.
