摘要
The control system for electronic plating processes must be sophisticated enough to handle many complex proceses simultaneously while having a simple and easy to use operator interface. Historically, the programmable logic controller (PLC) has been the workhorse in most industrial applications. While the requirement for the PLC still exists, the complexity of the process in the manufacture of today's electronic product and other precision plating processes has forced the use of more powerful systems for maerials handling and process control. Hence, the integration of the microcomputer into the plating systems of today.
