摘要
The technological characteristics of type UEO-50-4/12. 5, UEO-50-2/25 and MED-300 electrodialyzers were investigated under industrial conditions using Na-cation and limestone-coagulation treated water. The technical and economic advantages of electrodialyzers with separators of the labyrinth type were experimentally demonstrated. The method of direct collection of water samples along the flow in the labyrinth showed the necessity of increasing labyrinth length to over 1. 5-2 m in the desalination of water of moderate mineralization. In the electrodialysis desalination of limestone-coagulated water it is favorable to change the electrode polarity every 1-3 hr of operation to control the formation of sediment on the membranes and electrodes.
