摘要：
The study described presents the different methods whereby the dynamic behavior of structures can be determined: transient excitation, random excitation, and harmonic excitation. The results of the study make it possible to define the structure by means of the modal parameters, including the frequency, damping, deflection and information as to the flexibility. An account of the principles of modal decomposition is given using a method which applies to diagonal as well as to nondiagonal dampings.
