摘要：
An experimental programmable multiple data set (PMDS) using digital signal processing techniques, can accomplish multiple, simultaneous, dissimilar data set functions complete with line control. The basic structure of the system, consisting of a high speed signal processor controlled by a microprocessor, is briefly described. A description of the performance of two 2400 BSP, DPSK modem implementations is provided, illustrating the viability of using programmable digitalk signal processor techniques in voiceband modem applications.
