Synthesis and physicochemical investigation of germanium (IV) complexes with salicyl aldehyde NH2-substituted benzoyl hydrazones

摘要
The complexes [Ge(R-Bs&middotHCl)2] (R = 2- (I), 3- (II), 4- (III) have been obtained by interaction of GeCl4 with salicyl aldehyde N-[R-benzoyl]-hydrazone (r-H2Bs, were R = 2-, 3-, 4-NH2-; H2Bs - C6H4-CO-NH-NCH-C6H4OH) in methanol. The complex [Ge(2-NH2-Bs)2] (IV) has been synthesized by boiling of I in H2O. Their physicochemical characteristics were obtained by mass spectrometry, TGA, IR, 1H NMR spectroscopy methods. It has been stated that the complexes I-IV have octahedral configuration. Their coordination polyhedron is formed by nitrogen atom of the azomethine group and oxygen atoms of oxyazine, and oxy group.
