摘要
Short- and long-term mechanical properties and nonisothermal strength are studied for steel of Kh18N9, and Kh16N11M grades at the temperatures of up to 750 degree C and after irradiation by a fluence of fast neutrons to 9 multiplied by (times) 10**2**2 neutr/cm**2. A dose of neutron irradiation, the processes of in-reactor and after-reactor annealing, the radiation defects are analyzed for their effect on the damaging of steels under different types of loading.
