摘要
Once-through supercritical boilers are designed to work in starting modes with a feedwater flowrate of 30% of rated. Starting modes are currently being developed for 300 MW power generating units which have boilers equipped with pumps for recirculating the medium. No data are available on starting modes with a feedwater flowrate of less than 30% of rated for power generating units in which the boilers do not have pumps for recirculating the medium or other systems for circulating the medium in the radiant heating surfaces of the boiler during startup. Tests were carried out on a 300 MW power generating unit with a TGMP-114 boiler to determine the feasibility of starting up power generating units with reduced feedwater flows.
