摘要
The idea of resonance is introduced and its spectroscopic value discussed. It is shown how intrinsic nuclear spin leads to a magnetic moment and macroscopically observable magnetization. The dynamics of this magnetization and the associated relaxation mechanisms are described and the manipulation of the spin magnetization is shown.
