摘要
Dual-phase steels are low carbon content alloys processed to yield microstructures consisting of a mixture of ferrite and martensite. For many years, the processing, microstructures, and mechanical properties of dual-phase steels have been studied. Recent work at University of Berkeley California has demonstrated the excellent mechanical properties and superior corrosion resistance of dual-phase steels that make these alloys particularly advantageous for use as bar, rod, and wire reinforcement in concrete structures.
