摘要
A study is performed on the factors responsible for the success of any standard. In order to increase the key stakeholder participation, the ASTM staff is poised to assist with the use of various electronic means that will make participation easier and more convenient. Success is determined by the ability to attract new participants and keep them engaged in the standards development process.
