摘要
The errors of measurement of the ion and x-ray energies of laser plasma with calorimetric sensors are analyzed. A thermoelectric detector is described whose absorber is a glass disk with a multilayer dielectric coating that reflects the laser radiation. The results of measurement of the sensitivity and error of the detector are given.
