On the protocol-oriented simulation method about computer networks

This paper focuses on the protocol-oriented simulating method about computer networks, and probes into it instructively. Through analyzing network-protocol, and based on the hierarchy and resource-dependency of network-protocol, it presents bifurcate simulating methods on computer networks. For the upper-layer protocol, this paper works out a static nodes-pair model of data-transmission and a correspondent dynamic model of finite automation, while it points out the key factor of simulation for the sub-layer-protocol. At the end, two implemental schemes are put forward for them.
