摘要
An aspect of the study of the radiation stability of alloys is their structure-phase stability at high radiation temperatures. For that reason, used transmission electron microscopy (TEM) to study the microstructural changes in niobium alloys caused by irradiation by high energy protons at 600 and 900 degree C. Specimens of niobium alloys NTsU (Nb plus 1% Zr plus 0 multiplied by (times) 1% C) and 5VMTs (Nb plus 5%W plus 2%Mo plus 1%Zr) in the form of foils were investigated.
