摘要
The nonuniform phase distribution of the fluctuating component of a signal is shown to influence the statistical characteristics of the signal phase difference in an atmospheric communications channel, and the influence is analyzed for the case of strong fluctuations. The mean and mean square values of the phase difference are calculated for arbitrary values of the regular signal component phase difference, and the degree of nonuniformity of the phase distribution is found.
