摘要
Time dependences of the photoluminescence intensity under steady-state excitation at various temperatures were established from investigating the photoluminescence emitted by manganese doped GaAs. The pphotoluminescence was detected with a calibrated germanium photodiode. Photoluminescence decayed with time; the decay time decreased with increasing temperature.
