This publication is a bibliography of nearly 1900 references on wind power, covering the years 1759 to 1977. It is said to be the most comprehensive bibliography on this subject ever published. The total number of new references to books, conference proceedings, journal articles, and technical reports on wind power in the first supplement exceeds 1100, about 400 more than those contained in the basic volume. Of these, nearly 900 are references to materials with publication dates from 1973 to 1977. As in the basic volume, the citations range from popular review and do-it-yourself projects for home and farm, to technical aerodynamic studies and reports on projects for large-scale production for power networks.
