摘要
The aim of this paper is an analysis of the stresses which take place in welded lap joints with plates of different thickness. Anti-symmetrical conditions are usually present when plates have the same thickness. In their absence the factors which affect the fatigue strength of asymmetrical lap joints are the type of end constraints and geometrical non-linearity.
