摘要：
Design of a small-size device for charged particle separation is described. In this filter magnets, fabricated from ferro-dielectric, compress the electrostatic plates. The filter is directly located in a high-vacuum chamber. A possibility is shown of using the filter for Ar+ ion separation form residual gas atoms. It is noted that the proposed design permits essentially to simplify the technology of fabrication, assembly and alignment of small-size mass filters.
