摘要
In an attempt to enhance its production of kraft paper, barrier coatings and industrial paper bags, Frantschach AG (Austria) has signed a preliminary agreement on purchasing two papermaking mills from AssiDoman AB (Sweden). The purchase agreement includes the Sepap (Czech Republic) and Dynas (Sweden) facilities whose total annual turnover is 650 million euros. Sepap and Dynas produce approximately 320,000 tons of kraft paper, 65,000 tons of cardboard paper and 110,000 tons of bleached pulp. With that transaction, the Frantschach's packaging division will almost double its annual turnover: from 670 to 1.3 billion euros.
