摘要
A concept is presented of making harmless the wastes having the character of oil emulsion by using electrocoagulation. Determinations have been made of the dependence of process time on current density, on the size of surface (or number of) electrodes and on the shape of the electrodes. The highest yield of the process and simultaneously the lowest losses in energy were attained for a system of rod electrodes. The use of this method may help removing from 95 to 100% of emulsified oil from wastes having the character of oil emulsions.
