摘要
The rapid transformation of digital technologies has had a profound effect on all aspects of the preprint and printing industry. Digital technologies are designed to coordinate the key tools in production and processing such as labelling, defining the RIP preferences, monitoring and correcting the work queues, choosing the screening options, printing the proof, and filming, for example. These are some of the characteristics that should identify a RIP or workflow. The necessity of a flexible technology is thus recognized. At the last Drupa exhibition the Japanese company FujiFilm presented the CelebraNT Plus for digital workflow of the latest generation. CelebraNT Plus has a functional design, modular construction, and performance responding to the necessities of the user. It is offered as a solution to workflow PostScript and PDF with simple raster image processing. The result is increased productivity and profitability. An example of how the workflow is improved using the CelebraNT Plus is given.
