摘要：
Special features of investment casting the steel (25, 35, 45, 20Kh, 40Kh) and cast iron (antimony iron among them) castings are presented. The technology of calcination and pouring the shell molds, manufactured from crystalline quartz without supporting fillers is mastered for the first time. Silica binder is used for manufacturing the ceramic molds in place of ethylsilicate. The very complicated castings are manufactured by using the carbamide cores. Flow sheet of investment casting process is given.
