摘要：
Total Quality Assurance or TQA is an integrated quality system. It is aimed at creating built-in quality from the beginning of design, through all phases of planning, manufacture, final product acceptance, and most importantly, provides the customer with a quality performing machine. TQA shifts the traditional responsibility for quality away from the inspector to each individual employed.
