摘要：

This is a short survey of the solution to a theoretical problem stated by E. Schrodinger in 1931-32 in relation with the role of probability theory in quantum mechanics. It is founded on a novel probabilistic interpretation of the classical heat (or diffusion) equation. The new resulting classical theory is the closest classical analogy of quantum mechanics.
