摘要：
The mathematical foundation of the method of moments and the mechanics of such a method are discussed. In this approach, a linear operator equation is transformed into a matrix equation which can easily be solved on a computer. Two numerical examples of solving Fredholm integral equations of the first kind using the collocation method are given in order to illustrate the use of the moments method in solving electromagnetic problems.
