摘要
Composition of powder high-speed steels is studied for its effect on structure and mechanical properties. It is established that dispersion and distribution of surplus carbides in sizes depend on a correlation between carbon and carbide-forming elements. An increase of 'oversaturation' by carbon δC is economic and effective method for dispersion of structure when using traditional pattern of the melt spraying with nitrogen and velocities of cooling 103 or 105 grads÷s, respectively.
