摘要
A current-feedback amplifier (CFA) based current-mode, all-pass filters, enjoying the facility of gain adjustment, independent of realizability condition, was described. The proposed circuit contains a single inverting current-feedback amplifier, a capacitor and three resistors. The proposed circuit was verified by PSPICE simulation program. The circuit was designed for a phase shift of 90° at a frequency of f0 = 1kHz.
