摘要
For various fields of application a mode of operation of the Gunn effect could be advantageous, provided that several stable high-field dipole domains are released arbitrarily. It is shown how conditions for this Gunn mode can be made available in a special component. An ohmic wiring and maintenance of the distance of domain migration, respectively, seem to be suited for stabilizing the multidomains. The effect of stabilization can be demonstrated by the results of analytical derivations and numerical simulations.
