摘要
A method is described for interpreting data of the Fourier spectrometer on the Venera-15 and Venera-16 space probes. The method of statistical regularization is applied to solving the nonlinear inverse problem of thermal sounding in the absence of a priori information on the statistical characteristics of the solution. Model a priori correlation functions determined from the kernel of the linearized inverse problem are used. The nonlinear integral equation for the problem is solved by the Kantorovich-Newton method.
