摘要
A study of 21 cleaner/equipment combinations for the removal of rosin-based residues from PCBs uses an analytical approach for ionic and organic evaluations and their electrical effects. In particular, it is clarified how the ROSE values compare to ion chromatography values; how organic values compare to ionic values; and if there is a correlation between electrical performance and ionic values.
