摘要
Simple relations for calculation of unit diameters are proposed from the balance of inertia and autoadhesion forces with regard to the dominating moisture form in units. Calculation results agree well with the data of the present authors and other researchers. The experiments are carried out at the porosity 0.38-0.42. Conclusion is made, that in the moisture interval 0-20% the three characteristic granule sizes exist. This sizes determine by the moisture coupling with material. The granule size dependence on the initial particle size and bed moisture are presented. The mechanisms of granule destruction are analyzed. The vibrofluidization condition is obtained.
