Continuing education, at the local level, is an effective way or AACE to serve its members and the general public and also to strengthen its links with other professionial societies and the academic community. AACE members have the prerequisite skills for establishing and running continuing education programs in cost engineering. In fact, a number of sections in the Association are already active in this area.
