摘要：

A new poronotic oribatid (Alpizetes behanae gen. n., sp. n.) belonging to subfamily Minunthozetinae Grandjean, 1954 of the family Mycobatidae Grandjean, 1954 is described from Switzerland. The extent of its relationships at the subfamily and family levels are discussed.
