摘要
Presented is novel in vivo model that will be used to study the relationships between key cell types the ECM, and the mechanical environment. This model will allow to investigate the effects of altered interstitial flow, various growth factors, inhibitors, solid tumors, and virtually any cell product, extracellular matrix component, or potential drug to the process of lymphangiogenesis and lymphatic function.
