摘要
We present the results of study of the tribotechnical properties of thermostable polymers (filled with fibrous and dispersed carbon materials) under conditions of extreme loads and limited lubrication with minimization of the hydrodynamic effects. It is found that minimal wear of the thermostable polymers and the materials based on them is observed for 10-30% (of nominal) mineral oil consumption and 20-50% synthetic fluid consumption. The intensity of polymer wear depends on the nature and concentration of the fillers, with the governing factor being the thermal conductivity of the filler.
