摘要：
The municipal electricity authorities in Munich, West Germany, have successfully used the Siemen's Betina System (components for a technical information systems in a network) for approximately one year for network calculations. The authors report on the experiences of the pilot phase and by means of a load flow survey (short circuit analog) they describe the functions and fundamentals of a calculation in dialog.
