摘要
Building the subsystem in distributed substations which conforms with IEC 61850 and MMS is enable the master station in the dispatching center to access data from the substation in an object-oriented, objective-application-oriented and point-to-point communication-oriented manner, in which the corresponding modeling based on the application requirement and the actual devices integrated can be the key issue. The method with more universal values of open system integration (OSI) employing the concept of a virtual manufacturing device (VMD) and object mapping interface (OMI), with the emphasis placed on the understanding, abstracting and mapping of the operational principle of the actual devices under OSI and IEC 61850, is strongly recommended to tackle such realistic modeling. By taking the subsystem of the grid relay protection and fault information system in the substation as an example, the modeling and implementing process is described in detail, including the information and communication service modeling proceeding from the demand of the substation and the operating principles of the existing relays and fault recorders integrated by the subsystem. Such a method is also applicable to actual implementation of IEC 61850 for other subsystems in power system automation.
