摘要：

To assess the failure behaviour of structures improved engineering design methods for welded structures, pipe lines or pressure vessels, show the suitability of impact testing of precracked Charpy (or standard ISO-V-notch) specimens. Within the welding procedure examination this method adequately considers mechanical properties underrealistic conditions as service temperature and loading rate, as well as the presence of internal stresses in the base material, in the weld material and in the heat affected zone.
