Qualimetric assessment of parameters on life-time testing of mechanisms

Studied are changes in simple and complex parameters of quality of turret heads of computerized mills. It is shown that assessment of mechanism using only outlet parameters at the end of accurate fixation can result in erroneous conclusions in forecasting the life-time of heat only the use of complex parameters allows one to improve the credibility of quality assessment and predict the technical status of mechanisms. It is established that the main cause of failures and lower life-time of mechanisms is defectiveness of pre-fixation mechanism design. Accumulation of qualimetric information is useful for development of certification testing methods.
